1. Do not live in the past. It is holding you back. Stay in the present moment and take one day at a time.
The past is in the rearview mirror for a reason. Allow it to stay there.
The future – we can’t control it, however, we can control our thoughts and actions and experience life in the here and now, in the present moment.
This is all we have to be concerned about as we don't know what tomorrow will bring especially since the world is evolving and the energy is always shifting.
2. Forgive yourself and others for any pain that has caused you to feel a certain way.
Forgiving doesn’t mean forgetting. Forgive yourself for those limiting beliefs that someone bestowed upon you. They are no longer yours to carry.
Forgive others for causing the pain that you have endured. This helps you move forward and not being stuck and stagnant in that energy.
3. STOP the negative self-talk!
Our brain doesn’t know the difference between truth or if we are kidding. This is why it is imperative to be nurturing, compassionate, have empathy and love for yourself.
Be kind to your mind and do not allow the ego to take over.
4. DESTROY any limiting beliefs that have been playing non- stop in your head!
STOP! Just stop! Why are you allowing the limiting beliefs play continuously on repeat? You are only hurting yourself.
5. Love yourself unconditionally no matter what!
Love yourself right now! Not when you lose weight! Not when you get find the love of your life. Not when you find the “perfect” job! RIGHT NOW, flaws and imperfections! It is what makes you, you!
6. Be your own best friend and cheerleader.
You are with yourself 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Would you say what you tell yourself to someone you love? NO! Love yourself and rewire the way you speak to yourself! You will feel a shift within you.
7. When you see yourself in the mirror, tell yourself, “I love you” and mean it! It may seem awkward at first, however, it will become so natural that you will smile when you say it.
What you say to yourself matters!
When you give yourself self-love and encouraging words, you will feel uplifted.
You are worth the love that you willingly give to others. Start pouring into your cup first!
8. Tell yourself, “I am proud of you!” Even if it is something small like getting out of bed.
The small things add up! Positivity shines when you are authentic and genuine to yourself. What you say after, “I am”, your mind believes. Feed it kindness. You deserve it!
9. Get outside! Nature is super healing and the sun is beneficial as it upgrades our DNA.
Nature is medicine for our heart and soul as it is healing energy.
The sun in particular increases your immunity and boosts your overall energy levels. So go out and seize the sun every time it shines! You will shine, too.
10. Do something you love and enjoy each and every day. Color, dance, sing, whatever brings you joy!
Bring out your inner child! What did you love to do as a child that was effortless that you can bring into your adult life? DO THAT!
