“Time does not heal all wounds”

I saw a great quote the other day that really resonated with me by Yung Pueblo.

“Time does not heal all wounds; it just gives them space to sink into the subconscious, where they will continue to impact your emotions and behavior. What heals is going inwards, loving yourself, accepting yourself, listening to your needs, addressing your attachments and emotional history, learning how to let go, and following your intuition.”

I read motivational quotes all of the time that capitalize on the transformational journey that I have been on, and THIS particular quote is what I have been saying as this is what I have had to do by diving deep.

Here’s what this quote actually means:

  • If you don’t feel your emotions, you suppress them and you cause your own dis-ease.

  • “Feel it, to heal it” and going inwards is the only way to heal deep wounds.

  • LOVE yourself for who you are, not who society – or your family – wants you to be.

  • Listen to your inner knowingness. Some call it your intuitive knowledge!

  • Your intuition is your guide to your soul’s mission.

There are no coincidences in life.

We are always getting signs from the universe/source/angels/guides, whatever you believe in, as confirmation that we are on the right path.

I am constantly seeing signs myself 😊

Let this post be a sign for you to focus on your self-love journey!

When you love yourself by putting yourself first with self-love and self-care, your confidence soars and you feel so much better about yourself.

The greatest gift you can give yourself at this moment, and always, is love!
