Rule #1
No phones
Put your phone on silent and connect with Nature. Be present!
Sure, you can take a photo from time to time, especially if one of Nature’s messenger appears on your path.
Rule #2
No complaining
The walks are intended as a form of meditative practice and a self-discovery exercise in the company of like-minded people.
The focus is on positivity and connectedness and appreciating the little things that are all around us.
Rule #3
No judgement
Leave your expectations as to what the walks are supposed to be and let them bring you the answers you seek from within as you embrace the change of scenery and take a break from your usual routine.
I want to bring like-minded women together.
It took me a while to realize how important Nature is on one’s healing journey and I want to share that with you if you are ready to welcome transformation in your life.
Here’s who the walks are…
It’s for the busy mums who need a quick break from their loving, but loud and chaotic, household.
It’s for leaders in the corporate world who may not have a title, but are doing the heavy lifting of supporting everyone in the background.
It’s for the newly divorced women who seek connection outside if their current environment.
It’s for the people who have long lost connection with their high school friends and have been facing life’s struggles on their own.
It’s for the Souls that are awakening and looking for a new community to join.
As a Transformational Coach, I can tell you that’s not selfish to put yourself first – it’s necessary, especially as a woman in today’s world.
This is a safe and sacred space for women.
I have intentionally excluded the location from the event. For anyone who is interested in joining us, please email me for details regarding the location of the event, so that we can protect our privacy and keep the meet-ups a sacred practice.
